Using the Airline Industries model of Crew Resource Management, Matt has designed a 2 designed a 2 day syllabus covering such subjects as Cognitive Decision Making, Situational Awareness, Stress, Fatigue, Collaborative Leadership plus many more. Actual incidents are studied and debriefed to explain why errors occurred. This course is ideal for all risk based industries.
