As a Senior Captain and Head of Training on the Hawker 125 aircraft, Matt over saw pilot conversion and proficiency training at Number 32 (The Royal) Squadron, RAF Northolt. His role as a Qualified Flying Instructor at the Royal Squadron and Oxford University Air Squadron lead to a specialisation in Non Technical Training. Matt became an RAF Human Factors Facilitator and a Civil Aviation Authority Crew Resource Management Instructor.
Matt currently flies the Boeing 747 for British Airways.
Matt has recently diversified his Human Factors training away from Aviation into other risk based industries. In particular, delivering foundation courses to healthcare professionals, working as a consultant for
